Tools

The Program Administration Scale (PAS), which measures program quality, and the Administrator Role Perception Survey (ARPS), which generates a profile for an individual or group of administrators, can be used when providing assistance to center administrators. The Business Administration Scale (BAS) can be used to measure family child care program quality.

The individuals listed below successfully completed Assessor Reliability training on the Program Administration Scale (PAS). During the training, they achieved reliability, became Certified PAS Assessors, and maintained that certification.
