A trophy is sitting on a pedestal in a circle.

How were you successful this week?

As a leader, it is easy to get stuck in a rut. Take time to pause, reflect, and celebrate your success with fellow leaders. This is a place for early childhood leaders to talk about what works and share brief tips and strategies that made a difference. See what others are celebrating and share your own success strategies.  Give fellow leaders a 1-2 sentence tip on how you did it!

We may share tips from this discussion board on social media and/or in the “Leadership Edge” section of emails to our list of subscribers. The tip’s author will be credited. By commenting with a tip, you give us permission to share it. We reserve the right to edit tips before sharing them.
