Shuntae Richardson, M.P.A., is a Family Child Care Training Specialist at the McCormick Institute's Center for Early Childhood Leadership at National Louis University. She is the founder of the OACD Organization and an active member of The National Society of Leadership and Success. Shuntae holds an Associate’s degree in Hospitality from Robert Morris University, a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, and a Master’s in Public Administration. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Community Psychology at National Louis University. With over 20 years of experience across the nonprofit and corporate sectors, Shuntae brings a diverse background that includes accounting, customer service, insurance claims, office management, mortgage lending, event planning, and both community and business development. Her professional journey reflects a deep commitment to service, leadership, and empowerment. Shuntae has held numerous leadership roles, including serving on boards of trustees for various nonprofit organizations and participating on planning committees for villages, townships, and chambers of commerce throughout the region. She has delivered workshops in corporate environments and led budgeting simulations in high schools across the Chicagoland area. A passionate advocate for growth and development, Shuntae is known for her ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their highest potential.
